Next, I’ll plan out what to say, in which order, running my thoughts by you to check we’re on the same page. Only then will I get stuck into the ‘how to say it’.
Crafting
Once we’re agreed on the ‘what’ to say, I’ll work on the ‘how’ to say it, crafting the most compelling, convincing case.
